DxO slashes prices by up 50% for Black Friday: huge deals on the Nik Collection and more

November 21, 2022 by Rod Lawton

The star of the show is DxO Nik Collection 5, which is on sale at half its regular price – but there are savings to be had across the full range of DxO software too. But you’ll have to be quick. The DxO Black Friday sale started at 10am CET (9am GMT, 4am ET) on Monday November 21 and will end at 11:59pm local time on Monday November 28.

DxO Nik Collection 5 gets the biggest savings, selling for just $75 instead of the usual price of $149, while those upgrading from versions 3 and 4 can buy it for just $39 instead of $79. The Nik Collection is one of my all-time favorite plug-in suites and offers a huge range of photo editing tools, effects and presets.

DxO PhotoLab 6 Elite is also reduced in price, this time by over 30%. The regular price of $219 is being dropped to just $149. Those upgrading from versions 4 and 5 can save 30% — $69 instead of $99. PhotoLab 6 is, in my opinion, the best RAW processor of all, and has excellent editing tools too.

DxO PureRAW 2 is also 30% off for new customers, bringing the price down from $129 to $89. PureRAW can take regular RAW files and process them as JPEGs or full-corrected DNG RAW files for other software to edit.

DxO FilmPack 6 Elite, DxO’s classic film simulation software, is also reduced. New customers will pay $69, and those upgrading from version 5 will pay just $39 instead of $79.

Lastly, DxO ViewPoint 4, just released, is up to 30% off. This is a great lens and perspective control tool that can be used on its own, as a plug-in or integrated into DxO PhotoLab 6. New customers will pay $69, and those upgrading from version 5 will pay just $39 instead of $79

These are major savings on premium quality software, but remember, DxO’s Black Friday sale ends on November 28, so if you do want to take advantage of these prices, you’d better be quick.
